1. 今次の約定:

   1. 檢視進度，調配工作。

   2. 決定下一個要完成的function。

   3. System Analyst:為下個function進行軟體需求分析，列出技術上的function列表。
   4. Subversion使用教學。
2. 檢視進度(完成在項目後加剔，未完成要預估完成時間)
   1. System Administrator(Subversion, oracle):建立工作環境。(David/Ivan)(星期三23:59完成)
   2. System Analyst: 畫Class diagram(Mickey)(星期三23:59完成)
   3. Database Administrator:建立table(Alex)(星期四23:59完成)
   4. Research:找出md5加密方法的範例。(Ivan)
   5. System programmer:分析完成這個function所需的物件(Charlie) (第一回星期五23:59完成)
   6. Client side object provider, server side object provider:完成物件(David/Charlie/Ivan)(第一回星期六23:59完成)
   7. System programmer: 完成這個function及提出新的物件(Alex/Charlie)(第一回星期日23:59完成)
   8. 重覆步驟4-6直至完成為止。(可以更換組員接班)(最後限期下星期二23:59)
   9. User Agency, Documentation writer:檢驗系統，寫online help(Mickey)(下星期三23:59完成)
3. 調配工作
   1. 新Group: Research: Ivan,Mockey
   2. System programmer改為 Clint side programmer(Alex負責)和server side programmer(Charlie負責)，由於一個網頁通常是Client side和Server side的結合，因此這兩角色應一起完成工作。
4. 決定下一個要完成的function
   1. 下一個要完成的function: Download Learning Material of the modules in current semester
   2. System Analyst:為下個function進行軟體需求分析，列出技術上的function列表。
      1. 要download Learning Material，先要做Maintain Module。
      2. 老師上載Module，同學才可以下載。
      3. 可以參考forum的附件下載有甚麼附加function。
5. 修正時間表。(除了當前的functions外，其他function會視乎情況而改變次序)
   1. Announcements of the modules in current semester: 4月7日->4月16日(間隔:7天，延誤9天)
   2. Download Learning Material of the modules in current semester: 4月20日(間隔:4天)
   3. Submit Assignments of the modules in current semester: 4月24日(間隔:4天)
   4. Attendance Records of current semester: 4月29日(間隔:5天)
   5. Time-Table of current semester: 5月4日(間隔:5天)
   6. Examination Time-Table of current semesters:  5月9日(間隔:5天)
   7. Course Assesment results of the modules in current semesters:  5月14日(間隔:5天)
6. 分配工作
